Nev Tower

Nev Tower is a residential complex by the Batumi developer Nev Batumi, which has been active on the market since 2014. The building uses monolithic frame construction with brick infill and insulation, providing good thermal and sound insulation.

The complex is located at 20-22 Angisa Street, in a rapidly developing area next to Batumi's New Boulevard. It is about 500 metres to the Black Sea coast, and roughly one kilometre to Lake Ardagani and the famous dancing fountains.
