About project
Palm Residence is a premium residential complex on the seafront of Batumi's New Boulevard, just 80 m from the Black Sea. The project is being delivered by construction company KASKO (established in 2011) at 15 Lech and Maria Kaczyński Street, in the tourist quarter of Batumi, right next to the beach, the ELT Quarter and the amenities of the New Boulevard.
The complex comprises two 18-storey towers with around 216 apartments in total — studios, two- and three-room apartments, plus penthouses on the upper floors. Apartments are available in several finish options: green frame (white frame), white frame and complete renovation with full furnishing and appliances.
The premium amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa centre with a sauna and jacuzzi, a gym, an open-air cinema on the 18th floor, a café-bar with a terrace, a landscaped courtyard with a children's playground, 24/7 security with video surveillance and underground and surface parking.
The first phase launched in December 2021 and one of the towers was completed in 2024. The project's technical partners are Rehau (windows), Kone (lifts) and Grossbond (aluminium façade panels), with interiors created by the developer's in-house studio.
For investors, the Palm Management company runs a rental programme with stated yields from 8% per annum. Being a 5-minute drive from Batumi International Airport and 10 minutes from the city centre, Palm Residence works well both for permanent residence and for short-term letting to tourists.
