Next White

Next White is a premium apartment complex by Next Group, one of Batumi's largest developers. The project is located at 27 Davit Mamuladze Street, close to the New Boulevard and Ardagani Lake, 150 metres from the sea.

The complex is a 19-storey building constructed using monolithic frame technology. It contains 180 apartments: studios and apartments with up to four rooms, from 32 to 101 m². Pre-finished (white frame) and turnkey options are available.

The Next White concept combines private housing with hotel-service apartments: on site are a 24-hour reception desk, a fitness centre, a hammam, a lobby bar, a coworking space and a conference room. Parking is underground and above ground, with EV charging.

The building was completed in 2024; the developer's apartments are sold out, and transactions take place on the resale market. The location suits both permanent living and short-term rentals: nearby are the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, Ardagani Lake with its dancing fountains, Metro City shopping centre and the Euro Park water park (a 10–15-minute walk). Batumi Airport is 3.5 km away, and a stop for buses 1A/2A/3/10/10A is 100 m away, with services roughly every 10 minutes.
