About project
Origami Island is a 56-storey tower on the artificial Ambassadori Island in Batumi, on a plot in sector 11-5. The developer is Origami Holding, a company active since 2008 whose portfolio includes the White Sails complex. The façade concept was created by the New York practice SHoP Architects, and the declared investment in the project is around $200 million.
The tower offers two types of property. Branded residences include studios from 33.5 m², one-bedroom apartments of about 60 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 77.8 m². Hotel rooms are managed by an international operator under a rental pool programme: studios from 31.4 m², one-bedroom units from 56.35 m² and two-bedroom units of 77.8 m²; the 4th floor has rooms with private terraces. All units are handed over with finishing, and windows face all four sides — towards the sea and the city.
The tower's facilities are designed for both resort living and business: a private beach, an infinity pool, a fitness area, a biohacking centre, a conference hall, a co-working space, a café, a panoramic restaurant, a retail gallery in the podium, parking and a rooftop helipad.
The project is at the start of sales, with completion scheduled for December 2030. The developer offers an interest-free 48-month instalment plan with a 20% down payment. Prices start from $137,350 for a 33.5 m² studio.
