Panorama is Tower Group's flagship 40-storey mixed-use complex, located on the Black Sea seafront in the well-developed Tamari district, just 40 metres from the beach. The project has won an International Property Award in the "Best Development" category.

The complex consists of three blocks linked by a shared podium: block A — 3 floors of commercial space and amenities; block B — 38 floors of residential apartments; block C — 8 floors housing a five-star hotel of an international brand with bars, restaurants and a conference hall.

The project has 610 apartments. The developer currently has one- and two-room apartments of up to 70.5 m² left on sale, the most affordable being a one-room unit of 65.6 m² for $190,240; studios are sold out. Apartments are handed over turnkey and fully furnished. The building has three passenger and two service lifts.

The complex's facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a spa centre, a fitness centre, restaurants and bars, a business lounge and conference spaces, a casino, a two-level underground car park with 120+ spaces and 24-hour security.

The location makes the project attractive for investment: the central railway station is a few dozen metres away, a bus stop 85 m, and the airport 22 minutes by car. Construction is ongoing, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026. Management of the hotel part under an international brand ensures stable rental income.

A TBC Bank mortgage and an interest-free developer instalment plan are available: 10% down payment, for up to 18 months.
