About project

Rogantini Swiss Village is a premium residential complex being built by Rogantini Development. The Rogantini group of companies was founded in Switzerland in 1967 by the Italian Michele Rogantini and is today led by his grandson, Alessandro Rogantini. The project is positioned as housing of Swiss quality: all materials carry European certification, the structures are engineered to withstand seismic activity of magnitude 9 and above, and the developer provides a 10-year guarantee.

The complex is located in Chakvi, a resort village between the sea and the mountains roughly 15 km from the centre of Batumi. The Batumi Botanical Garden, Mtirala National Park and Petra Fortress are all close by. A school, a refurbished park, a hospital, the House of Justice and a rugby stadium are within walking distance, and residents have a round-the-clock shuttle down to the beach.

The development occupies a gated, landscaped site of 1.5 hectares and comprises three blocks of varying height, from 2 to 11 storeys. The buildings use monolithic frame construction and are served by lifts and underground parking. The first block (Block A) is under construction with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027; Blocks B and C are announced for later phases.

The range runs from studios of around 39 m² to two-bedroom apartments of 104 m². Every apartment is handed over with turnkey finishing. The infrastructure includes swimming pools, a spa and fitness centre, a restaurant and café, a supermarket, an open-air cinema, a barbecue area, children's and sports grounds, a beauty salon, a medical room, a conference area, electric vehicle charging stations and 24/7 security with video surveillance.

Buyers can take up the developer's instalment plan with a 30% down payment, or a mortgage through TBC Bank. The combination of a Swiss brand, a resort setting and complete resort infrastructure makes the project attractive both for owner-occupation and for letting.
