Tropical Garden

Tropical Garden is a hotel-style apart-complex built by Miracle LTD on Georgian-Russian investment. The complex is completed and occupied: Block A was commissioned in 2022 and Block B in 2023. Construction used monolithic-frame technology, and apartments are handed over in "white frame" condition, with fully finished options also available from the developer.

The complex sits in the resort village of Chakvi at 41 Mezgvauri Street, just 80 metres from the Black Sea beach. The Batumi Botanical Garden and the Chakvistskali mountain river are close by, making this one of the greenest areas on the Adjara coast.
