Silk Towers

Silk Towers is part of the large-scale Batumi Riviera project, designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates together with developer Silk Development (part of Silk Road Group). The complex is being built at 6 Barbusse Street, in the Old Town area, 50 metres from the sea.

The project comprises four buildings. The first tower has 40 storeys and around 1,000 apartments; construction began in Q3 2025, with completion scheduled for Q4 2029. Ceiling height is 3.0 metres.

In the first tower, studios and two-room apartments of 28 to 69.4 m² are on sale. A developer instalment plan (terms on request) and a TBC Bank mortgage are available. The developer projects yields of up to 12%.

Kengo Kuma's architectural concept blends the towers, with their green façades, harmoniously into the natural landscape. Plans include a 20,000 m² (2-hectare) park and a private yacht marina.

Facilities include a Radisson Blu hotel, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a spa and fitness centre, indoor and outdoor padel courts and a five-a-side football pitch, cycle paths, children's playgrounds, cafés and restaurants, wine cellars, a nightclub, a yacht club, shopping galleries and the region's largest casino. There is a three-level car park with 420 spaces. Residents enjoy five-star service and private grounds.
