Marina Club

Marina Club is a premium complex by Elt Building, the fifth project within the 7-hectare ELT Quarter mixed-use development on Batumi's New Boulevard. Its architecture and interiors were developed together with the international hotel brand Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, ensuring a high standard of service and investment appeal.

Construction is complete: block A was delivered in 2025, and blocks B and C in Q2 2026.
