About project
Silver Point is a new residential complex by developer Urbani Development (on the market since 2019); construction started in Q4 2025. The complex is located at 86 Aleksandre Sulaberidze Street in the Javakhishvili district, about a 15-minute walk from the Black Sea.
The project consists of two 12-storey monolithic frame buildings (blocks A and B) with 170 apartments. The developer currently has two-room apartments of 85.4 m² on sale. Four finishing options are offered: black frame (with windows and doors installed), white frame (with plastering and utilities routed), premium renovation, and turnkey with furniture. The building is designed to withstand earthquakes of up to magnitude 7, and features gas heating, KONE lifts and reinforced entrance doors.
The complex's facilities include a rooftop terrace with a seating area, underground and above-ground parking, a children's playground, commercial premises on the ground floor, a landscaped inner courtyard with footpaths and 24-hour CCTV.
