Elt Building — apartments and aparthotels on Batumi's New Boulevard

Elt Building develops on Batumi's New Boulevard near the airport: almost all of its buildings stand side by side in the ELT Quarter, 70–270 metres from the sea. Many are aparthotels run under hotel brands, so apartments here are often bought for short-term rental.

Completed are Rainbow by Wyndham, Marina Club designed with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Sunset managed by IPM, and Optima Residence with a yacht club and water park. Optima is sold out at the developer, so offers are on the resale market. In the completed buildings you can find an apartment from about $40,000.

Under construction are Status House — 18 floors, white-frame finish, completion at the end of 2027 — and OXY Residence with a Barceló Occidental hotel on the lower floors, completing in 2028.
