Alley Palace is a 36-storey monolithic-frame residential complex by developer H Group in Batumi. The building was completed in 2020. The developer has sold out, so apartments here can now only be bought on the resale market.

The complex stands at 7 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue, in the Khimshiashvili district near the Alley of Heroes. The New Boulevard, Ardagani Lake with its singing and dancing fountains, a water park and an amusement park are all within walking distance; shopping centres, schools, restaurants, cafés and pharmacies are nearby.

The developer handed over the apartments in black frame, and most resale offers are in the same condition — convenient for buyers who want to renovate to their own taste. Studios in this completed building near the New Boulevard start at $32,500 — an option for a home by the sea or for renting out.
