About project
Ambassadori Batumi Island is a large-scale project by Ambassadori Group on Odisea Dimitriadi Street near the village of Tamar. It is Georgia's first artificial island: the project covers 84 hectares, 49% of which is set aside for public recreational areas, including a 9-hectare forest park.
The first phase is The First Tower, a high-rise with 1,325 apartments: studios, 1+1 and 2+1 layouts. Apartments are handed over with a full designer finish by the Italian studio D73 and 3.2-metre ceilings. The sea is about 50 metres away, and the complex has its own beach.
Facilities include an aqua park, a yacht club with a marina, a spa centre, a shopping centre, coworking space, a concert hall, restaurants, a private beach, a helipad, fitness centres, swimming pools and a three-level underground car park. The first tower is scheduled for completion in Q1 2029 and is currently under construction.
Prices start at $120,670 for a 37.1 m² studio, with prices per square metre from $3,000. Two-room apartments of 53.5–72.6 m² start at $174,148, three-room apartments from 108.4 m² start at $325,200, and the largest layout is 116 m². A TBC Bank mortgage and a developer instalment plan with a down payment from 20% are available.
