Green Cape Botanico

Green Cape Botanico is a luxury residential complex in the picturesque Green Cape (Mtsvane Kontskhi) area, a 2-minute walk from the Batumi Botanical Garden and 9 km from central Batumi. The project consists of three 7-storey buildings (blocks A, B and C) set 60 metres above sea level, opposite a Black Sea pebble beach.

The complex comprises 80 apartments with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and Black Sea views. All apartments are handed over turnkey — fully renovated, with built-in appliances and furniture.

Construction was completed in 2023, and all three blocks have been delivered. The developer's apartments have sold out; on the resale market, apartments of 50 to 143 m² are offered from $145,000.

The project was developed by Anagi Development and Silk Development, with architecture by MUA Architecture & Placemaking. The complex is managed by Silk Hospitality (operator of the Radisson hotel chain) and also operates as an apart-hotel. The total construction area is 16,723 m², with investment of $15.1 million.

On site are an open-air rooftop swimming pool (adult and children's), a gym, the Botanico restaurant and café with sea views, semi-open parking, bicycle hire, outdoor seating areas, a smart home system and 24-hour security. A public transport stop is 190 metres away, Batumi's central bus station less than 5 km, the airport 30 minutes by car and the nearest school about 1.5 km.
