Mziuri Gardens

Mziuri Gardens is a resort residential complex by developer Mziuri Resort Ltd, designed by the British company MRMU and built on the grounds of a former sanatorium in Makhinjauri, 6 km from the centre of Batumi. All three blocks were completed in 2024. The project works as a multifunctional resort: one of the blocks houses a hotel, the other two are residential, and the developer offers property management to owners who buy apartments to let.

The complex stands on the seafront — the sea is about 50 metres away, and a bridge and a lift lead from the grounds to the private beach. The 15,000 m² plot is landscaped with a green courtyard and footpaths. Most apartments have sea views. Green Cape and the Batumi Botanical Garden are nearby, and the city centre is about 15 minutes away by car.

The development consists of three blocks of 15, 17 and 15 storeys with more than 550 apartments. Sizes range from 43 to 200 m² — from compact studios to three-room apartments with views. The developer is selling studios, one-, two- and three-room apartments, with instalment plans and TBC Bank mortgages available. Underground and surface parking are provided.

The gated grounds are designed for year-round living and holidays: a private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness centre, a beauty salon, restaurants and café-bars, a conference room, children's playgrounds and games rooms, dry cleaning, a gift shop, an ATM and a car park with a car wash.

The combination of a seafront location, an on-site hotel and well-developed resort facilities makes the project well suited to letting: Makhinjauri is a popular summer holiday destination with good transport links to Batumi.
