Real Palace Green is a small premium residential building under construction in a resort suburb of Batumi — Green Cape (Mtsvane Kontskhi), next to the Batumi Botanical Garden, at 12a Bagi Street. The developer is Real Palace, on the market since 2011, with 12 completed projects in Tbilisi and Batumi. The project is a single 5-storey building of monolithic frame construction with brick external walls, containing just 40 apartments.
