Boulevard Residence

Boulevard Residence is a residential complex by Batumi-based developer G2 Development (G2 Building), located at 6a Grigola Lortkipanidze Street in the New Boulevard area (Airport district). Both blocks were completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 — the apartments are ready for move-in.

The complex consists of two blocks of varying heights: a 12-storey Block A with 32 apartments and a 9-storey Block B, for a total of 168 apartments ranging from 31.8 to 59.6 m². The range includes studios and one- and two-room apartments with 2.85 m ceiling heights and panoramic glazing. The buildings are constructed using monolith-frame technology with facades of red clinker brick in a modern European style.

The location is Batumi's Airport district, in the immediate vicinity of Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park and the New Boulevard. It is about 300 m on foot to the sea, roughly 10 minutes by car to Batumi International Airport, and about 15 minutes to the historic centre. Within walking distance are Metro City and Batumi Mall shopping centres, schools, medical centres, aquaparks, cafes and restaurants.

Internal infrastructure operates to hotel standards: an outdoor swimming pool, a spa centre, a fitness gym with professional equipment, underground and surface parking, 24/7 security and video surveillance, ground-floor commercial spaces (cafes, pharmacies, shops) and an in-house management company.

The project is aimed at buyers looking for ready-to-move-in housing in a developed seaside location, and at investors — the concept, combining hotel-level service and proximity to the sea, allows the apartments to be used for short-term rental.
