GWG Batumi

GWG Batumi is a large premium residential complex by Georgian developer GWG Development, which has specialised in high-end residential property in Georgia since 2019. A single large 27-storey building contains around 850 apartments with a variety of layouts.

The complex is located at 30 Grigol Lortkipanidze Street, in Batumi's fast-developing airport area, close to the Black Sea coast. Within walking distance are the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, the Metro City shopping centre and the New Boulevard.

Currently on sale are studios of 27.31–36.18 m² and three-room apartments of 49.36–65.9 m². Ceiling height is 2.85–3 m. Apartments are offered in three finishing options: black frame, white frame and turnkey. Prices start from USD 40,965 for a studio, around USD 1,500 per square metre.

The building has a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame with external walls of aerated concrete blocks. On-site facilities include a spacious lobby with a reception area, a fitness centre, a sauna, a rooftop swimming pool, a children's club, and underground and guest parking. Residents' safety is ensured by 24-hour security.

The complex was completed in Q4 2025. Its convenient location near the sea, the premium GWG brand and a wide choice of layouts make the project attractive both for owner-occupiers and for renting out during the tourist season.
