Orbi Beach Tower

Orbi Beach Tower is a high-rise hotel-style apartment complex by Orbi Group, the largest construction holding in Georgia. The building stands at 57 Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, in the New Boulevard area bordering the airport district. Built using monolithic-frame technology, the complex has been completed and handed over — apartments are available on the resale market.

The 33-storey tower offers apartments from 28 to 70 m²: studios, one-, two- and three-room layouts. The upper floors open onto panoramic views of the Black Sea, the city and the mountains of Adjara. Apartments were handed over in white-frame condition, and a significant share of the units have since been renovated and furnished by their previous owners.
