About project

NEXT Magnolia is a new project by Next Group, one of Batumi's largest developers with a portfolio of several completed complexes. The building is designed in a modern urban style inspired by nature and is aimed both at owner-occupiers and at investors in short-term rentals.

The complex is located at 96 Airport Highway, in a developing part of Batumi between the city centre and the airport area.
