About project

Leon Towers is a comfort-class residential complex by developer KKC Group (in partnership with DS Group) at 29 Angisa Street, in Batumi's New Boulevard area. The complex consists of two monolithic frame buildings: the 16-storey block A and the 24-storey block B, with 330 apartments in total.

It is located 500 metres from the sea and the beach, in the rapidly developing New Boulevard area next to the Metro City shopping centre and the Europark water park. The first two floors are set aside for commercial premises, residential apartments start from the third floor, and ceilings are 3 metres high.

On sale are apartments from 63.3 to 216 m²: two-room apartments of 63.3 m², three-room apartments of 92 m², four-room apartments of 137.1 m², as well as penthouses of 123.4–216 m². Most apartments have panoramic windows overlooking the coast.

Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a spa area, a fitness centre, a coworking space (according to the developer, the first in a Batumi residential complex), a kindergarten, underground parking with EV charging, a concierge service, 24/7 CCTV and security, and a landscaped courtyard with a children's playground and seating areas.

Block A was completed in Q2 2026 — its apartments are ready to move into or let. Block B is still at the design stage: construction has not started, sales in it have not opened and no completion date has been announced. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan of up to 12 months with a down payment from 30%, and a TBC Bank mortgage is available. Proximity to the sea, a shopping centre and a water park makes the complex attractive for rentals.

Near the complex are pharmacies and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk (Willmart, Magniti Max), Public School No. 14 just 200 metres away, kindergartens, a maternity hospital and the M. Iashvili Children's Hospital. Grand Mall and Metro City Forum shopping centres are a 7–8-minute walk away, Batumi Airport is about 7 minutes by car and the city centre around 10 minutes.
