Next Collection

Next Collection is a premium residential complex by developer Next Group, located in the exclusive Green Cape area between Makhinjauri and the Botanical Garden, at 39 Tamar Mepe Avenue. The complex is a 15-storey U-shaped monolithic-frame building with a landscaped inner courtyard and a panoramic rooftop lounge connecting the towers.

The project stands just 50 metres from the Black Sea and has its own private beach. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

Next Collection offers a wide range of layouts — from studios of 34.5 m² to multi-room apartments of up to 248.7 m². All apartments have panoramic windows and open balconies with views of the sea, the city or nature. Apartments are handed over in white frame condition; designer finishing in two styles, eco and business class, is also available. Prices start at USD 72,316.

The complex's facilities include a private beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a rooftop panoramic pool, a spa, a gym, restaurants and bars, a cinema, a billiards room, a library, a co-working space, a conference hall, a children's area, underground and surface parking, and 24/7 security with CCTV. Next Group also offers owners rental management services.

Buyers can use the developer's interest-free instalment plan (10% down payment, a further 40% paid in instalments during construction and the remaining 50% in June 2028) or a TBC Bank mortgage.
