Panorama Del Mare is a 49-storey residential complex by Tower Group, one of the largest developers in Batumi. The project is presented as part of the flagship Panorama City ecosystem and is being built next to the already completed Panorama complex on the same street. Central Management Group is the exclusive sales partner.

The complex stands at 3 Odysseas Dimitriadis Street in the Tamari settlement — on the first line of the Black Sea, just 50 metres from the beach. The tower faces the site of the future artificial island, so the apartments offer panoramic views of the sea, the city and the island. Batumi Central railway station is at the same address, and the Old Town is around 4 km away.

The single building has 49 storeys built using monolithic frame technology. Available units are studios of 32.3 to 36.1 m² and two-room apartments of 51.4 to 66.5 m². The complex provides underground parking, lifts, a lobby and a concierge service, with security and CCTV operating around the clock.
