Next Group — residential projects in Batumi and Gonio

Next Group builds along the coast from Makhinjauri to Gonio and works with international hotel brands: branded beachfront residences managed by Wyndham and Radisson are on sale here.

In Batumi the developer has several city projects: Next White 150 metres from the sea near New Boulevard, Next Downtown in the Old Town, the three-tower Next Address by the Alley of Heroes and Next Magnolia — the most affordable way into the company's projects, under $45,000. In Makhinjauri there is Next Collection with layouts of up to five rooms.

Gonio is the resort part of the portfolio: Next Gardens, Wyndham Residence and Radisson Residences stand 20–30 metres from the sea. Some of the developer's buildings are already completed; the rest complete by 2028.
