Wyndham Residence Batumi is a 25-storey residential complex on the seafront in the resort area of Gonio, on St Andrew the First-Called Highway. The project is being developed by Next Group under the international Wyndham hotel brand.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. The complex has around 580 apartments, handed over fully furnished and turnkey. The studios have already sold out; 2-room (1+1) apartments remain on sale, including larger LUX layouts, from 48.53 to 103.5 m².
The infrastructure matches a 5-star hotel: an à la carte restaurant on the top floor with panoramic views, an outdoor pool with a lounge area and summer bar, a spa, fitness club, casino, conference hall, café, winter garden and children's playground. The complex has its own equipped beach, underground parking for 73 cars, a 24-hour concierge, CCTV and high-speed lifts.
The developer offers an instalment plan: a 10% down payment, 50% paid in instalments and the remaining 40% in January 2028.
