About project

Radisson Residences is a branded resort complex in Gonio, developed by Next Group in partnership with the international Radisson hotel chain. The project combines a prestigious location on the Black Sea seafront with five-star service. The tower is under active construction, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027.

The complex is located at 3, 3rd St. Andrew Dead End in Gonio — just 20 metres from the sea, with its own private beach. Central Batumi is about 15 minutes by car, Batumi International Airport about 11 minutes, and the city's shopping and entertainment centres around 20 minutes. Within walking distance are the Gonio-Apsaros Fortress, Gonio beach, a viewpoint, a kindergarten, a state school, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a bank, a post office and hotels.

This single 26-storey tower contains 576 apartments and residences; units on sale range from 32.17 to 88.53 m² — from studios to three-room layouts. Ceiling height is 3 metres, and apartments are handed over fully furnished. The building has 5 Kone lifts.

The facilities are built to hotel standards: a reception with a 24-hour concierge, a lobby bar, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a 1,700 m² terrace, a spa and fitness centre, a restaurant with a terrace, a panoramic rooftop lounge bar, a casino, a conference room, a winter garden, an on-site supermarket, children's and sports grounds, and a private beach. There is parking for 80 cars and 24/7 CCTV.

Prices start from $155,381 for a 32.17 m² studio. The developer offers an instalment plan: a 20% down payment, 40% paid in instalments and the remaining 40% in January 2028; a TBC Bank mortgage is also available. The branded-residence format with a private beach is geared primarily towards resort living and short-term rental income.
