Orbi Group — new builds and apartments in Batumi

Orbi Group is Batumi's largest developer: its towers largely shaped the New Boulevard skyline. The company builds hotel-style aparthotel complexes — with management, pools and spas — so its projects are more often bought to rent out than to live in.

Completed buildings include Orbi Sea Towers by Seaside Park, Orbi Beach Tower near New Boulevard and Orbi City, where the last block is being finished. Comfort, Avant-garde and Avenue complete in 2026; in Avant-garde the developer has already sold out, so only resale is left.

Orbi Continental is a 55-storey tower 50 metres from the sea completing in 2028, the developer's most expensive project in the catalogue. In most of the other complexes a studio costs under $40,000.
