Comfort by Orbi is a high-rise residential complex by Orbi Group, the largest and most recognisable developer in Batumi, whose portfolio includes Orbi City, Orbi Sea Towers, Orbi Beach Tower and Orbi Millennium. The project uses monolithic-frame construction and continues the company's line of affordably priced high-rises.

The complex stands at 21a Niko Pirosmani Street in the Khimshiashvili district — one of the most densely built-up and sought-after locations in Batumi, right next to the New Boulevard. The sea is about 200 metres away, the nearest public transport stop is 245 metres away, and Batumi International Airport is 10 km away.

The building has 34 storeys and around 580 apartments. The resale market offers studios from 22 m² and one- and two-room apartments of up to 47 m² — a format that suits both investors targeting short-term rentals and buyers looking for a permanent home.
