Orbi Sea Towers

Orbi Sea Towers is one of Batumi's most recognisable high-rise resort complexes, built by developer Orbi Group. Completed in 2015, it has remained a benchmark among the seafront apart-hotels of Adjara ever since.

The complex stands at 15 Sherif Khimshiashvili Street in the Seaside Park district, on the first coastline just 50 metres from the Black Sea beach. Nearby are Ardagani Lake with its Dancing Fountains, a school, cafés and supermarkets; a shopping centre and a hypermarket are within a kilometre. Piazza Square and the Old Town are about a 10-minute drive away, and Batumi International Airport and the seaport are about 3 km away.

The project consists of three monolithic-frame towers: a 32-storey central tower and two 23-storey side towers. Layouts range from studios to three-room apartments. Many apartments have panoramic windows and views of the sea or the mountains.

Orbi Sea Towers operates as an apart-hotel with full resort infrastructure: an indoor swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurant, café, hotel, casino, beauty salon, children's and sports grounds in a landscaped courtyard, security and CCTV, underground parking, high-speed lifts, and autonomous power and water supply. Attached to the central tower is a commercial block with a casino, restaurants, shops and a swimming pool.

Thanks to its first-line location and the well-known Orbi brand, the complex remains one of Batumi's most liquid assets for short-term rental: apartments are always available for sale and for rent on the secondary market, which makes it easier to exit the investment.
