Red is a new business-class residential complex by AB Development, located at 30-32 Angisa Street in the New Boulevard area of Batumi. The project is next to the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, and the shoreline is just a 490-metre walk away, making it one of the closest new-builds to the sea in this part of the city.
