Life Style is a comfort-class residential complex in Batumi by Angisa Towers LLC, part of the AB Development Georgia construction holding. It is the developer's fourth project in the city, alongside Red, History Home and Angisa Tower.

The complex is located at 53 Angisa Street, 250 metres from the sea — about a five-minute walk to the beach. Nearby are the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, the New Boulevard promenade and the Metro City shopping centre. The stop for city buses No. 10 and 10A is 60 metres from the building, and Batumi Airport is 3 km away. The building uses monolithic-frame technology: 16 storeys, 8 apartments per floor, two lifts and 120 apartments in total. Construction began in 2023, monolithic works ran in 2024–2025, the facade was finished by the end of 2025, and key handover is scheduled for Q4 2026.

On sale are studios from 34.5 m² priced from $44,850 and 2-room apartments (one bedroom) of 55.25 m²; the largest layouts in the building reach 80.25 m². Ceiling height is 3.0 metres. Apartments are handed over either in "black frame" (windows, front door, utilities connected) or "white frame" (partitions, screed, plaster, electrical and plumbing wiring).

The complex has a gated landscaped courtyard, a children's playground and relaxation areas, underground and surface parking, 24/7 security with CCTV, fire alarms and an intercom. Commercial premises are planned on the lower floors. The complex is run by a professional management company.

The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan of up to 36 months with a down payment from 30%, as well as mortgage lending through TBC Bank. Proximity to the sea, the New Boulevard and the airport makes the project suitable both for permanent living and for short-term rentals.
