Midtown

Midtown is a residential complex by experienced developer Gumbati Group (on the market since 1998), located in central Batumi at 99 Vakhtang Gorgasali Street. The 14-storey earthquake-resistant building of monolithic frame construction contains 57 apartments.

The building has both compact apartments and spacious penthouses. The developer's apartments have sold out; apartments from 70 to 240 m² are currently offered on the resale market. The building has reached the pre-final stage: the main construction work is complete — external and internal walls, windows and steel entrance doors are installed, and electrics and building services are in place. The windows offer panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.

The complex is 500 metres from the beach and Batumi Boulevard (about a 10-minute walk) and borders 6 May Park with its lake. Batumi International Airport is a 10-minute drive. Completion: Q4 2026. On the resale market, apartments are offered from $140,000 for 70 m². The project is aimed at buyers who value a central location, well-developed infrastructure and a proven developer.
