Boulevard Point

Boulevard Point is a modern premium aparthotel by Gumbati Group on Batumi's New Boulevard, just 300 metres from the Black Sea and Seaside Park. The building was completed in 2024 and already operates as an aparthotel under hotel management.

The complex is located at 1b Zghvispiri (Embankment) Street, in the New Boulevard and airport area, with easy access to the beach, the promenade and entertainment venues. The international airport is about 10 minutes away by car (3.8 km), and the city centre is 10 minutes by car (5 km). Nearby are Public School No. 27, the Batumi Medical Centre and the Metro City shopping centre.

The 15-storey building contains 377 apartments. Ceilings are 3 metres high, and all apartments have open balconies and panoramic glazing. The building has a monolithic frame structure with a ventilated façade.

Facilities include a rooftop outdoor pool with a terrace, a spa centre, a restaurant, a café, a lounge area, a reception, a coworking space, and children's and sports grounds. There are 106 parking spaces, underground and above-ground. On site there are shops and a concierge service, plus 24-hour security and CCTV.

Gumbati Group is one of Batumi's leading developers and has been operating since 1998. Boulevard Point runs a managed rental programme: the management company receives 35% of the rental income and the owner 65%; apartments are let fully furnished and turnkey. The developer's stock is almost sold out: only a few units remain on direct sale, from $122,418 for a 45.34 m² two-room apartment, with most of the supply now on the resale market. A developer instalment plan (30% down payment, up to 9 months), a TBC Bank mortgage and a loan programme for non-residents are available.
